Holiday Youth Choir
This holiday youth choir is open to kids in grades 4th through high school age. Participants will learn holiday music in preparation for a special performance at Seaside Center for Spiritual Living located in Cardiff. Choir members will learn 2 and 3-part harmony, as well as singing in cannons and counter melodies. Participants will receive sheet music as well as a link to listening guides prior to our first rehearsal. They are expected to become familiar with the music before each rehearsal, so that we can use the time to focus on dynamics and harmony parts. Our choir will perform 3-4 songs during this special holiday concert/service at Seaside. In addition, our choir will have the opportunity to participate in other holiday events in Mission Hills and other parts of San Diego. These are currently TBD and optional, however our performance on December 22nd is mandatory for all participants.
